About the Chefs:

Chef Vikram Udaygiri’s culinary specialization includes French and regional Indian cuisines, modern & fusion cooking. Extensively traveled, Vikram has worked with Chef Desnave Barnard at the gastronomic restaurant Le Petit Bruxelles near Lille, France and has also enjoyed a stint with Chef Matt Woolston at the Supper Club, Sacramento, USA.

Chef Kasiviswanathan has specialized in Mediterranean and Indian cuisine and has worked with Michelin star chefs in Dubai. In his 18 year long culinary career, he has been part of teams that have catered for Bill Clinton, Brunei Sultan, Jordan’s Queen Rania, Oprah Winfrey, among other international icons. A certified trainer, he currently heads the Food and Beverage operations as Executive Chef at The Atria Hotel in Bangalore, India.
